Privacy Policy

This site collects your email address if you choose to join the TOP waitlist, and it counts visits with Google Analytics. This policy covers both.

What we collect

Your email address, when you submit it through the waitlist form. That is the only personal information you give this site. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone. To block spam, the form also passes your IP address to our rate-limit service, Upstash, which keeps it for a few minutes.

Why we collect it

To send you launch news about TOP and to give waitlist members first access when the app launches. Nothing else.

Analytics

Every page runs Google Analytics, which counts visits and shows us which pages people read. It sets the _ga and _ga_W185DRCL6K cookies. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or turn Google Analytics off with Google’s add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Where it lives

Waitlist emails are stored in our customer relationship system, HighLevel. They are not stored on this website itself. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.

How to get removed

Email privacy@frameworkstudio.dev and ask. We will delete your email from the waitlist, no questions asked. Every email we send also includes a way to opt out.

Changes

If this policy changes before launch, the effective date above changes with it.
